Pigs in a Blanket
Pigs in a Blanket – who did not grow up on this recipe? So here comes the gluten-free version, though without puff pastry, but with a dough prepared in just ten minutes. The dough, without yeast, is very light and easy to work so we can roll it very thin and wrap it around sausage. As with the other recipes, we also have the option of using a gluten-free flour mixture – "Shay's Naturals" (in this case, use "thin dough flour" from the Shay's Naturals series – option 1) or mix the flours ourselves (option 2).
